If you are experiencing problems downloading information, your security level may need to be adjusted. If you see the message, "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded." you must set your browser to a lower security level as described below.

• To reset your security settings: select Tools\Internet Options. Change tabs to Security, select the Custom Level button, change the setting to Medium, then click OK to close the Security Settings window. Now click OK to close the Internet Options window.
